We ship Fedex Ground to the contiguous United States. For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please call to order or for a shipping quote at (602) 903-6345.
Fedex shipment options are noted below. However, since their deliveries may be affected by the weather, labor shortages, or other conditions beyond their control, they cannot guarantee delivery dates. Therefore, My Popcorn Kitchen cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Our packages are sent Monday through Friday via Federal Express (Fedex). Individual orders typically ship the same day if received by 3 pm Arizona time. During the month of December, for multiple orders including tin orders, your order will ship within 2-5 business days depending on the number of gifts or tins ordered. Please note Arizona does not observe daylight savings time. In the summer, we are on Pacific Time. In the winter, we are on Mountain Time.
Once our popcorn has shipped it cannot be returned or exchanged.
“Business day” means Monday through Friday except for the following holidays:

Ground Shipping Options
Fedex Business and Fedex Home Delivery normally take 5 to 7 business days (Excluding Holidays).
- Fedex Business delivery days are Monday through Friday.
- Fedex Home delivery days are Tuesday through Saturday.
Express Shipping Options
Fedex Express Saver
With this option your package will be delivered by 4:30 p.m. in 3 business days to most areas, by 8 p.m. to residences if your order is placed before 3 p.m. Arizona Time (excluding holidays – see above list). Fedex accepts these shipments Monday – Friday.
Second Day Delivery
With this option your package will be delivered by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas, by 8 p.m. to residences if your order is placed before 3 p.m. Arizona Time (excluding holidays – see above list). Fedex accepts these shipments Monday – Friday.
With this option, your package will be delivered by 3 p.m. the next business day to most addresses and by 8 p.m. to residences if your order is placed before 3 p.m. Arizona time (excluding holidays – see above list). Fedex accepts these shipments Monday – Saturday.
You will be notified by Fedex in an email when the shipment has been entered into their system. You will receive a second email from Fedex noting the date and time the package is delivered.
All packages are sent “no signature required.” However, you will be notified by Fedex in an email the date and time the package is delivered.
Oversized/overweight packages may incur additional shipping charges and/or require packing in more than one box. Should this apply to your order our staff will call you.
Fedex Terms and Conditions
Packages cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or P.O. box ZIP codes.
Shipping address must include the complete street address and ZIP code of the recipient.
If Fedex’ first delivery attempt of a shipment to a commercial/business address is unsuccessful, they may make two additional attempts on the following two consecutive business days. If a package still cannot be delivered, they may hold it for two additional business days and may research its status with the sender, recipient, or both, and receive further instruction. After that time, they will return it to the sender as undeliverable.
Shipments to hotels, hospitals, government offices or installations, university campuses, or other facilities that utilize a mailroom or other central receiving area will be delivered to the central receiving area.
